These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Betflag mobile application (the "App") and the website betflag-spa.xyz (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Your team, predictions, points, rank, and settings are stored only on your device. You may delete all data via Settings → Apps → Betflag → Clear Data or by uninstalling the App. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device failure, reset, or uninstallation.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, text, and other materials in the App and Site are owned by BETFLAG SPA or its licensors. Premier League club and player names may appear for descriptive purposes; such references do not imply endorsement by any league or club.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accurate fixture data, or that saved progress will always be recoverable. Fantasy scoring is for entertainment and may not mirror official fantasy platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BETFLAG SPA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Rome, Italy shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
